Senior Congress leader Subhash Chopda has been appointed Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief on Wednesday.
The party made the announcement in a press release, stating that interim Congress president Sonia Gandhi has named Kirti Azad as chairman of the campaign committee of the DPCC.
Delhi assembly polls in Delhi are scheduled for early next year.
