Late actor Sushant Singh Rajputs’ suicide case has led to the unveiling of several stories of Bollywood giving rise to the talk on nepotism. A case was filed against Salman Khan, Ekta Kapoor, and Karan Johar in Patna Court.
In the recent development, CJM Mukesh Kumar has dismissed the case tagging it as out of the jurisdiction. After the order, Salman Khan’s advocate Saket Kumar who came from Patna High Court returned to Patna.
After the CJM order came, the complainant Sudhir Kumar Ojha said that he will file an appeal in the superior court. In both cases, the court had heard the Mukesh Kumar on Friday. After the hearing, CJM had fixed the date for the order.
Sudhir Kumar Ojha, a resident advocate of the Sadar police station area, had filed a complaint in the CMJ court on June 17 against the filmmaker-director Karan Johar, Aditya Chopra, Najur Nadiwala, actor Salman Khan, producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, T series’s Bhushan Kumar, Balaji Production’s Ekta Kapoor and construction director Dinesh Design (all Mumbai residents of Maharashtra). The court had fixed the date of July 3 for hearing at the point of assumption of the case.
Meanwhile, the Mumbai Police is investigating the professional rivalry angle in Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Recently, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was summoned by Mumbai Police.
As per the Mumbai Police, Bhansali wanted to cast late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in four of his films. However, he could not due to unavailability of dates. On the investigation front, the deceased actors’ alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakroborty was investigated for eleven hours.
The police earlier also sent viscera sample from the actor’s body and the cloth which he allegedly used to hang himself for chemical and forensic analysis at the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) in suburban Kalina
For the uninitiated, the 34-year-old Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14.
