Talking to PTI over phone, Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang, who is in Gujarat, claimed the BJP will win more than 150 seats in the western state.

The state government had on January 14 ordered closure of schools and hostels for Classes 1 to 12 till January 31 in the wake of a surge in COVID-19 cases at that time.

Chouhan’s remark comes after the DCGI VG Somani gave approval to two coronavirus vaccines, one developed by Bharat Biotech and the other developed by AstraZeneca and Oxford University, for emergency-use.
The CM said that in his government, postings of officials would purely be on merit unlike during the previous government in which postings were done for other considerations.
Modi inaugurated the houses through videoconference from Delhi and interacted with the beneficiary.
Relaxation will be given in areas where there are no new COVID-19 cases and he reviewed the preparation for today.
