TikTok sensation Sonali Phogat’s in-laws booked for fraud

In a complaint filed to the police, Sonali told that after her husband’s demise in 2016, brother-in-law Vikas and other accused secretly sold their shop.

TikTok sensation and greenhorn activist Sonali Phogat’s in-laws has been booked for fraud.

According to the reports, in a complaint filed to the police, Sonali  told that she and her husband Sanjay Phogat had purchased a shop in Azad Nagar area. However, after her husband’s demise in 2016, brother-in-law Vikas and other accused secretly sold the shop.

Police has registered a case against Phogat’s brother-in-law Vikas, his wife Konika, Dipesh, his wife Monika, Ramavtar Mittal and Bhagwanti, under Section 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (fraud) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code was registered .

As of now, no arrests have been made.

Earlier, she was allegedly assaulted in her native Bhothan Kalan village in Fatehabad district. In a complaint filed to the police, Phogat alleged that she visited her father’s house on October 28, Monday.

She said she was meeting with villagers who had called her at their homes. She had alleged that her sister Rukesh and brother-in-law Aman Punia (Rukesh’s husband), residents of urban state in Hisar, also visited the house.
