Today, the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) published the TN 10th results for 2023. The aggregate performance of the Class 10 students improved marginally this year compared to last. 91.39% students were declared successful. However, no student achieved a perfect score in Tamil this year.
There were 6,82,321 test takers, and the pass rate for females was 94.66% and the pass rate for boys was 88.11%. The greatest number of 3,649 students attained perfect scores in mathematics.
According to the TN SSLC 10th results 2023, Perumbalur district performed well, achieving a pass rate of 97.6% overall. The districts of Sivagangai and Virudhnagar placed second (97.53%) and third (96.22%), respectively.
In the TN 10th school-by-school results for 2023, government schools scored 87.45% and private schools scored 97.38%.
