Tamil Nadu Department of Technical Education, TN DoTE will release the TNEA Rank List 2020 for admission to engineering courses across the state. Candidates who have registered for the TNEA Counselling are recommended to keep an eye on the official website at tneaonline.org.
Updates regarding the release of the rank list and other information will be avaible on this page as well. Time for release has not been confirmed yet. However, it is likely to be released after 9 PM.
DoTE has already released the Random Number for the students on August 26.
Due to COVID19 pandemic, the schedule for the counselling has been revised twice this year. Students were requested to submit their documents online.
Physical verification as subsequently done at the TFCs from August 26 to September 4. On the basis of the merit, DoTE will now release the Rank List.
TNEA Rank List 2020: How and where to check
- Visit the official website tneaonline.org
- The link for Publication of Rank List under the Overview of Counselling Process would be activated once the list is released
- Click on the Rank List link provided on the home page
- A new window will open
- Enter your registration number and other details asked to view your rank
Students should take note that the Random Numbers will be used to break the tie. Further, once the rank list is released, candidates will then be required to pay the initial deposit online and fill their choices.
Subsequently, the Tentative Allotment list will be released. Once the candidates confirm the allotment, the provisional allotment list will be published.
Students will be required to report to the allotted institutes to confirm their seats. Supplementary counselling will also be held in person for the remaining vacant seats.
