Property loans between 30 lakh and 75 lakh rupees from the Bank of Maharashtra have an 8.35% to 11.15% interest rate. All loan quantities have the same interest rate.

Union Bank of India offers Rs 30 lakh to Rs 75 lakh property loans @ 8.35–10.90%. Interest rates stay steady for balances over Rs 75 lakh but rise to 8.35–10.75 percent for quantities under Rs 30 lakh.

Indian Overseas Bank: Loans have 8.40% or higher interest rates.

On sums between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 75 lakh, SBI offers 8.40 to 10.5% interest. This remains steady for assets beyond Rs 75 lakh but drops 8.40 to 10.15 percent below Rs 30 lakh.
