TS Inter 2020: The Telangana Board intermediate examinations have been further delayed amid lockdown. The geography and language exams were left for Telangana board class 12 students which were deferred due to the lockdown. The exam dates have been further delayed until the month of June.
According to the Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) recent notice, it has stated that the pending exams will be conducted on June 3 from 9 AM to noon. There will be no new hall tickets released for these exams and the exam centres will remain the same.
In addition, the intermediate spot valuation campus has been begun by the board. The evaluation process has started on May 13. Around 9,202 examiners had evaluated answer sheets on the first day. As per earlier reports, TS inter result will be released by mid-June.
The exam and evaluation process is being held amid social distancing norms. For both students and invigilators, the use of sanitizers and masks will be allowed.
A total of 9.65 lakh students registered in the class 12th examination, out of which 4.80 lakh students appeared for the first year and 4.85 lakh for the second year.
To qualify, students must gain at least 35 per cent marks in part-I English, part-II second language and group subjects for 500 marks in the first year.
