UPSC CSE 2023 Results Declared: 31 Students from Jamia RCA Crack UPSC, Nausheen in top 10

Civil Services Examination 2023 final results have been announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on April 16. Aditya Srivastava has secured the first position while Animesh Pradhan has secured the second position and Donuru Ananya Reddy has secured the third position. Jamia Millia Islamia has qualified 31 candidates for the UPSC examination this year.

11 Jamia Millia girls have passed the exam. Nausheen is from Gorakhpur and secured a rank of 9. Other female students who have passed include Divyanshi Singla, Harshita Sharma, Farheen Zahid, and Prerna Singh. Of the 151 applicants who took the written test at JMI Residential Coaching, 71 appeared in interviews and 31 were selected.

A total of 1016 candidates have passed the UPSC examination and have been recommended for various Central Government services. UPSC conducts exams every year in three phases to select officers for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and Indian Police Service (IPS). Conducts the Civil Services Exam in three phases: preliminary, main, and interview.

In the UPSC CSE 2023 examinations, 180 candidates were selected for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 200 candidates for the Indian Police Service (IPS), and 37 candidates for the Indian Foreign Service (IFS). During these examinations, 613 candidates were selected for various Grade A positions in the Central Government, while 113 candidates were chosen for Grade B positions.

Over 2,800 candidates appeared in interviews conducted by UPSC, which were conducted in different stages. The names and roll numbers of the candidates selected for Civil Services have been released according to their rankings after this entire process. For the purpose of filling 1,105 vacancies in the IAS, IFS, IPS, and other central services, UPSC conducted the examination in 2023.
