How to get involved with the USO

The United Service Organizations (USO) is a nonprofit, congressionally chartered, private organization that provides morale and recreation-type services to members of the United States Armed Forces. The USO has over 160 locations worldwide, including 13 airport lounges and centers, 250 military hospitals and wards, and 200 community centers.

Active duty service members and their families are welcome to participate in USO programs and events. There is no membership fee to join the USO. civilian volunteers also play an important role in supporting the USO’s mission.
