Varisu OTT release date: Varisu, the latest blockbuster family drama starring Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika Mandanna, was released in theatres around the world on January 11. This was Vijay’s first major release since Beast, his previous flop.
Varisu, which was directed by Vamshi Paidipally and competed with Ajith Kumar’s Thunivu, went on to become one of the highest-grossing films in the South. In contrast to Nelson’s Beast, Varisu received favourable critical and commercial reception. According to a report by Sacnilk, Varisu earned over Rs 208 crore in India during its five-week run.
After a five-week run in theatres, the film will make its digital debut. Wednesday, February 22nd, the Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam versions of Varisu will be available on Prime Video.

The official OTT release of the Hindi dub has yet to be announced. Varisu also stars Jayasudha, Shaam, Prabhu, Sarathkumar, and Khushbu apart from Vijay, Rashmika and Prakash Raj. On the professional front, Vijay will be seen next with Master director Leo. Leo, originally titled Thalapathy 67, will reunite Vijay and Vikram with director Lokesh Kanagraj.

Early in the month of February, the upcoming film Vijay was announced through an intriguing song trailer. The film, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, marks the actor-director duo’s reunion two years after their blockbuster success Master. The production of Leo has begun and boasts an impressive cast.
Unveiling a music video featuring Vijay. Anirudh composed and sang the song Bloody Sweet, which depicts Vijay making chocolate in a home. In parallel scenes, he is depicted forging a sword. The scenes of the molten metal and chocolate are intercut with a procession of cars racing in an unknown direction. The menacing music reaches a crescendo, and we learn that the cars are coming to confront Vijay. Leo will debut in theatres on October 19.
