WATCH: Video of Ghaziabad girls doing stunt on Bullet goes viral, UP Police issues Rs 11,000 challan

The craze of stunts on vehicles invites many road accidents which sometimes even leads to the death of many people. Strict steps have also been taken by the Government after the direction of the Supreme Court to prevent these types of incidents but people still engage in these types of dangerous activities. The latest case of stunt on the bike has come from Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district, where a video has gone viral.

In the viral video, two girls could be seen performing the stunt on a Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle. According to information, the video is from the Govindpuram area of Ghaziabad. In this 12-second video, the two young girls could be seen wearing a red T-shirt from some gym and a yellow hat on the Bullet motorcycle. 

When the matter came to the notice of the police, the police took cognizance of the number plate of the Bullet and imposed a heavy fine of Rs. 11,000 and issued three e-Challans separately.

The bike is registered in the name of a woman 

SP Traffic Ramananda Kushwaha said that violation of rules will not be tolerated in any way. The number of Bullet has been noted and it is registered in the name of a woman named Manju Devi. 

The first challan was a fine of One thousand for no helmet. The second challan of five thousand rupees was issued under the racing and trial of speed without the government’s mission and Five thousand challan under the Motor Vehicle Act, sections three and four.

What is section 3 and 4 of the Motor Vehicles Act?

As per section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Act 1988, no person can drive a vehicle without an authorized effective driving license in any public place. As per section 4 of the Act, no person below the age of 18 years can drive a vehicle in any public place.
