West Bengal 12th Results 2020 Declared: West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) has announced the class 12th or Higher Secondary exam results today i.e., on July 17, 2020. Students who have taken the WBCHSE class 12 board examination can check results online at wbchse.nic.in.
The wait of nearly, 8 lakh students for results will end today. The WBCHSE President Mahua Das announced the results in a press conference today.
The scores will be uploaded on the website after 4 PM. This year WBCHSE will not release the merit list for class 12th exam.
Senior official of the board told that the WBCHSE will announce the WB 12th results at 3.30 pm but the students will be able to check their scores through official website and SMS from 4 pm onwards.
“While the results would be declared at 3:30 pm on July 17, students would be able to check their results on the website and through SMS from 4pm,” said a senior official of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.

- On the homepage, click on the link that says, ‘West Bengal 12th Result 2020’
- Enter the roll number and name to check your result
- The West Bengal 12th Result will be displayed on the screen
- Download and take its print out for further use

For 2020 session, WBCHSE will not release the merit list/ topper list in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Assessment scheme on pending papers:
The pending exams included major subjects like physics, accountancy, chemistry, geography were cancelled by the state government. For all the pending papers that were cancelled, candidates will be awarded the highest mark obtained in the papers the examinee had written.
