Warm water with lemon and honey

Lemon is rich in antioxidants. It is rich in antioxidants and pectin fiber. It not only helps in burning fat but also removes toxins from the body. You can add honey to this water for taste and healthy fat. These will help in flushing out the toxins from the body. Drink it on an empty stomach at least 20 minutes before breakfast.

Cumin water

Boil a glass of water with a cinnamon stick or a pinch of cinnamon powder for about 10 minutes. Let it cool for some time till it becomes lukewarm. Mix honey in it and drink it on an empty stomach.

Amla juice and hot water

Amla is rich in chromium which helps in reducing bad cholesterol. You can either use store-bought amla juice or grind a handful of amla and curry leaves in your grinder. Then mix it with a glass of lukewarm water. Drink it on an empty stomach for maximum benefits.
