The Delhi High Court gave its verdict on the tussle between the Centre and state on the jurisdiction of the national capital region on Thursday. For a quick wrap of what went down, the court said Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung is the administrative head and does not need to act as per the advice of the Delhi Cabinet. Further, the Cabinet, under chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, cannot take decisions without the approval of Jung.
