In a shocking incident in Mumbai, where a woman in her 60s was seen crossing the railway track and later lay down on it to save her life. The woman has miraculously survived the accident.
The video of the incident is going viral on the internet and it clearly shows how the woman took a risk to save her life.
The woman identified as Kamal Mohan Shinde at Thakurli station on Central Line was crossing the railway track, she saw a speeding train approaching and in order to save her life, she laid on the track in the perplex of the moment and survived the accident by luck.
As per the CCTV footage, the incident took place on Feb 18 at 1:45 PM. The incident caused the commuters to panic. Reports suggest that the local train stopped after the 2 coaches of the train went above the women. However, the woman was rescued with the help of local people and Railway Police Force.
Earlier, in August 2018 a similar incident took place where a 58-year-old woman, who fell on a railway track while fighting with a bag-snatcher survived. According to reports, the snatcher, a 24-year-old man had nearly killed the woman as she was dragged down from an express train while he snatched her bag. The man was later arrested by Government Railway Police.
