Newly built Jharkhand assembly building situated in Ranchi’s Jagannathpur area caught fire on Wednesday around 8 pm.
According to the reports, fire brigade reached the spot and fire has been controlled. The cause of the fire is reported to be short circuit.
Jharkhand has got a new assembly building 19 years after it was formed. Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi had inaugurated the building on September 12 this year.
