The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Criminal Investigation Department has filed a detailed charge sheet against former MP Prajwal Revanna for rape and his father, MLA H D Revanna, for sexual harassment.
The charge sheet, which spans over 2,000 pages, includes statements from approximately 150 witnesses and covers four cases against Prajwal.
Key evidence compiled in the charge sheet comprises spot inspection findings, biological, physical, scientific, mobile, and digital data. The charge sheet has been submitted to a special court for public representatives and relates to a case of alleged sexual assault on a family domestic help.
