Mhada lottery 2024: Documents required for registration
Registered mobile number
The OTP and lottery details will be sent as an SMS to the phone number linked to the Aadhar card.
Registered email id
Your registered email address, to which you will receive your OTP and all information about the draw.
Aadhar card
When you sign up, you have to share a clear picture of both the front and back of your Aadhar card. If you are married, you must also send your spouse’s Aadhar card.
PAN card
When you register, you have to share a picture of your PAN card that can be read easily. If you are married, you must also send your spouse’s PAN card.
Domicile certificate
- Note that the domicile certificate must have been given after January 2018 and within the last 5 years. It must also have a MahaOnline or MahaIT barcode.
- You can get a domicile certificate at Aaple Sarkar or the nearest Maha e-Seva Kendra if you don’t have one already. Then, put your application ID or number on the registration form and you can continue with the Mhada lottery registration process. This is only possible if you agree to give the domicile certificate before you take ownership of the Mhada unit, if you win.
ITR (self)
Upload the receipt acknowledgment for the ITR for FY2023-24. Keep in mind that if you send a pay stub or Form 16 instead of an ITR acknowledgement receipt, it will not be accepted. Upload an ITR acknowledgement receipt for both you and your partner for FY2023–24 if you are married.
Income proof
Click on the “Income Certificate” button and then upload the verified Income Certificate for FY2023–24 from the Tahsildar or Maha e-Seva Kendra. The certificate should have a MahaOnline/MahaIT barcode.
PMAY registration certificate

How to apply for the Mhada lottery 2024?
- Register on Mhada Housing Lottery System IHLMS 2.0 at https://housing.mhada.gov.in/signIn
- Select the Mhada lottery option and provide details like the scheme code and your bank account information. Confirm that neither you nor your immediate family members own any other property in the city. Confirm all the information on the Mhada form 2024.
- Pay the entry fee after you’ve sent in your application. You can make the EMD payment for Mhada lottery 2024 through demand draft or online through debit card, credit card or NEFT/RTGS.

- Make sure the owner gives you a certificate from the society saying they have paid all their dues, the original letter from Mhada, the share certificate that the society gave them, and a letter saying that they are transferring the share certificate.
- In the end, the person who buys the Mhada flat has to pay the registration fee and stamp tax.
- Get in touch with Mhada to get a transfer certificate for the unit once the house is registered in the new buyer’s name. To do this, you need to send the paperwork, which includes the signed papers and a transfer fee. The whole thing could take about six months.
