In his first visit to Rajasthan following the successful Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a powerful address at a rally in Deshnoke, praising the Indian Armed Forces for their swift and decisive retaliation to the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack.

Striking a chord with emotional and symbolic language, the Prime Minister said, “Terrorists wiped the sindoor from our sisters’ foreheads after asking their religion. But 140 crore Indians felt that pain, and we resolved to avenge it. We have kept that promise.”

He added that the Indian response was not only fast but forceful. “In just 22 minutes, terrorist hideouts were destroyed,” he said, applauding the coordination between the Army, Navy, and Air Force. “We gave our forces full freedom. Together, they created a chakravyuh (military trap) that brought Pakistan to its knees.”

Modi’s remarks underline the government’s firm stance on national security, especially significant with the general elections approaching. The symbolic phrase “when sindoor turns into barood (gunpowder)” was used to describe the country’s swift military retaliation.

Apart from national security, the Prime Minister also highlighted the government’s development efforts. He pointed out the transformation of over 100 railway stations under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, showcasing the improved infrastructure and public amenities as a visible symbol of progress.

The speech combined messages of national pride, military strength, and development, reinforcing the government’s dual focus on security and growth during the election season.
