Two Much With Kajol And Twinkle Episode 1: Kajol and Twinkle Khanna are coming together for the first time to co-host a talk show called Two Much. The new series will premiere on September 25, 2025, and will stream only on Prime Video. The show is unscripted, and it will put the real friendship of Kajol and Twinkle right in the spotlight. Both of them are famous for their sharp humour and no-nonsense style, and people can expect a lot of laughter, sass, and also some very honest moments.

The makers said that this show is made in collaboration with Banijay Asia, the same production house that has brought many popular reality and celebrity-based programs in India.
They described Two Much as bold, witty, and unfiltered. The idea is not to do the regular shiny celebrity chat show, but to bring something more raw and fun, where stars will open up about their real lives and struggles as well as their big wins.
When and Where to Watch
The show will go live on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories. The very first episode will drop at midnight on September 25, so viewers can start watching right away. After that, new episodes will release every Thursday only on Prime Video.
What to Expect from Two Much?
The guest list has not been fully revealed yet, but the makers teased that it will be “more glamorous than a red carpet event.” That means some of the biggest Bollywood stars and powerful people from the entertainment world will join them on the couch.

What will make this show different is the way Kajol and Twinkle host it. Twinkle’s funny tongue-in-cheek lines and Kajol’s bold and feisty energy will bring a totally new twist. It won’t be the usual polished interviews, but real, relatable chats about fame, family, personal challenges, and relationships.
Nikhil Madhok who is the Director and Head of Originals at Prime Video India, said the platform is aiming for something “bold, fresh, and unforgettable.” He promised “sparkling, unapologetic conversations” with Kajol and Twinkle leading the way. Mrinalini Jain, Group Chief Development Officer at Banijay Asia and Endemol Shine India, also shared that “at the heart of Two Much is real friendship, bold perspectives, and smart humour.”
