Euphoria Season 3 Release Date: After years of anticipation, the makers of Euphoria have confirmed that Season 3 will premiere in April 2026. On December 3, 2025, the show’s official social-media posted a teaser image, a moody shot of Zendaya as Rue with the caption “Let’s ride. April 2026.” Though an exact day is not yet revealed, the announcement makes it clear the show returns more than four years after the Season 2 finale (February 2022).
The journey to Season 3 was long and fraught: Initially renewed in 2022, production had been delayed first by strikes, then scheduling and cast challenges. But filming finally began in early 2025.

One of the biggest changes coming in Season 3 is a time jump of roughly five years. Rather than returning to high school drama, the show will pick up after the characters have graduated making Season 3 more about life after adolescence.
According to creator Sam Levinson, this leap felt like “a natural place” given where the characters likely would be after college age.

Cassie Howard (Sydney Sweeney) & Nate Jacobs (Jacob Elordi): The pair are reportedly married and living in the suburbs with Cassie now apparently obsessed with social media and envy.

Jules Vaughn (Hunter Schafer): She’s said to be attending art school and grappling with responsibility, adulthood, and her ambitions.
Maddy Perez (Alexa Demie) & Lexi Howard (Maude Apatow): Maddy will reportedly be working at a Hollywood talent agency (with her own side-hustles), while Lexi becomes an assistant to a showrunner introducing a “show-within-the-show” meta-angle.
Director Sam Levinson has called this “our best season yet,” hinting at morally complex, more adult themes, a shift from the teenage angst of earlier seasons.
Cast
Season 3 will bring back many familiar faces: Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, Jacob Elordi, Hunter Schafer, Alexa Demie, Maude Apatow, plus several others like Eric Dane, Colman Domingo, and more.
New cast members joining the ensemble include Sharon Stone, ROSALÍA, Marshawn Lynch (the former NFL star), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, and others promising fresh energy and new story arcs.
