Aamir Khan has now said goodbye to social media just a day after his 56th birthday. Aamir made this shocking announcement on Monday and surprised his fans and followers.

Aamir has decided not to use Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram from now on. Mr. Perfectionist did not explain any reason behind this decision in his last post but said he would be in touch with his company’s Twitter handle.

Many people are saying that this decision was made because of his dedication and perseverance towards his work in Bollywood.

Aamir posted a note, which reads:  “Hey guys, thank you so much for all the love and warmth on my birthday. My heart is full. In other news, this is going to be my last post on social media. Considering that I am SO active anyway, I have decided to drop the pretence. We will continue to communicate as we did before. In addition, AKP has created its official channel! So future updates on me and my films can be found there. Here’s the official handle! @akppl_official. Lots of love, always (sic).”

Aamir Khan decided not to use his phone

This is not the first time that Aamir has done something like this because last month the actor decided to turn off his phone until the release of his next movie

The actor took the decision to distance himself from his phone because he realised that it was constantly creating a hindrance to his work. Aamir Khan did not want his phone to be a hindrance for ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. That’s why the actor took such a step.

Laal Singh Chaddha will release on Christmas 2021. Laal Singh Chaddha is an adaptation of the 1994 American film Forrest Gump, which itself is based on Winston Groom’s 1986 novel of the same name.
