Maine Pyar Kiya fame actress Bhagyashree’s husband, Himalaya Dassani was arrested in a gambling racket in recent development.
According to the latest reports, Himalaya was detained by Amboli police after his name surfaced during an investigation. In the Lokhandwala area of Mumbai, a raid was conducted in which fifteen people were arrested. The police also raided the Infinity mall and the high rise building that lies in the same area.
There are not many details that are known regarding the case yet. Also, the actress herself has not released any statement on the development. The actress got married in 1990 after her successful debut in the Salman Khan film and Himalaya is currently working in a construction business.
The couple has two kids namely Avantika and Abhimanyu. Their son Abhimanyu made a debut in a film named Mard Ko Dard Nhi Hota opposite Radhika Madan. The film did impress the international audience and critics but failed to pull enough audience in India.
While on the other hand, Bhagyashree is open for projects in the film industry with the right kind of films. The actress had left Bollywood for the family responsibilities.
