Airtel’s: Airtel appears to be in fine form. Following the introduction of a Netflix bundle plan, the organization has now introduced an additional prepaid plan that includes a Hotstar subscription for its mobile clientele. This new plan is available for Rs 869 for a duration of 84 days.
Evidently, the concentration of this new mobile plan is on OTT services. As a result, Airtel is providing consumers with a Hotstar subscription for Disney+ for three months. Nevertheless, due to the mobile-centric nature of the included tier, access to programs and movies is restricted to smartphones only. Additionally, the subscription is device-restricted, so Disney+ Hotstar cannot be utilized on other devices, such as a computer or television. Airtel was the first to offer this type of plan earlier this year.
The plan includes a daily data allowance of 2 GB per day to accommodate an extensive range. Once this data limit is exhausted, the user will be granted 64Kbps speeds until the quota is reset. In addition, the Rs 869 prepaid plan from Airtel grants users access to Wynk Music and Hello Tunes, a three-month subscription to Apollo 24/7 Circle, and a RewardsMini membership. Overall, this 84-day plan is a welcome addition to the prepaid mobile plans offered by the telecommunications provider that are specifically designed for over-the-top (OTT) services.
