The iPhone 17e uses Apple A19 chip technology which serves as the basic processing unit for all its functions. The modern chip provides faster complete performance results together with improved energy efficiency and better capacity to handle advanced functionality which includes Apple Intelligence.
Complementing the A19 is the C1X modem Apple’s newest cellular radio which promises speedier connections and improved signal performance compared with earlier modems used in the “e” models. The iPhone 17e comes at a global starting price of $599 which Apple set for the smartphone to compete effectively in the mid-premium smartphone market. The pre-order period opened on March 4 and the product became available for purchase on March 11 in more than 70 countries.
With a carrier offer, customers can get up to $400 (U.S.) in credit when they trade in iPhone 11, or up to $599 (U.S.) in credit when they trade in iPhone 13 to put toward an iPhone 17e. With Apple Trade In, customers can get up to $100 (U.S.) in credit when they trade in iPhone 11, or up to $195 (U.S.) in credit when they trade in iPhone 13.
