In Bihar’s Lakhisarai the case of Pakadua Vivah is in headlines again. It is alleged that the criminals from Gangasarai village of Badhiya police station area kidnapped a boy selected in the army and forcibly married him to a girl. In the incident, the family members and the villagers jammed the Bihar’s Patna-Lakhisarai main route. They are demanding the return of the boy and action against those who kidnapped him.
According to information received, a 20-year-old boy Shivam Kumar of Gangasarai village has been selected in the army. He has to join the post on 14th January. Till then he was in his village.
Shivam comes to run with his friends every morning. And it is alleged that in the meantime, the miscreants kidnapped him in the car near the Gangsarai railway line. The crooks were in the number of five. All of them had weapons. The friends gave this information to the family.
After kidnapping Shivam, the crooks took him to Jamui. He was forcibly married in a temple there. Wedding pictures also went viral on social media. As soon as Shivam’s marriage was reported, the family came down on road for protest. They jammed the road along with the villagers.
The police are viewing from a different angle
Police said that they are viewing the incident from a different angle. Police said the talk about kidnapping is wrong as Shivam was interacting with the girl from earlier and knew her well.
It is feared that he has been forcibly married in the same context. SP Sushil Kumar claimed that the police will soon redeem Shivam.
