A bizarre act was reported where a woman in Bihar’s Chappra applied feviquick glue to her son’s lips on Saturday to stop him from crying.
It was sad that the son was repeatedly crying and the agitated mother decided this way out to stop him from crying.
The father of the child said “After some work, when I came back home and found him quiet. The froth was coming out of his mouth.”
When I asked the wife, Shobha, about him, she told me that he was crying all the time. So, she put glue on his lips so that he does not cry,” he added.
Following the incident, the child was admitted to the hospital and is now reported to be out of danger.
