Case filed against BJP’s Manoj Tiwari for cheating in Darbhanga

A case has been filed against BJP’s Delhi state president, MP Manoj Tiwari in Bihar’s Darbhanga district. Reportedly, a case of cheating and fraud has been filed against him by some Munna Chaudhary in the court of Chief Magistrate Vidyasagar Pandey.

According to Chaudhary, he bought a flat from the real estate company Vastu Bihar and has not been given a flat on time. He stated in his complaint that when he asked for his flat, the company appeared negligent.

As per the complainant, Manoj Tiwari is the brand ambassador of Vastu Bihar and that influenced him to invest money on this project.

The complainant said that seeing Manoj Tiwari’s face, he thought that he would not be cheated. But that did not happen and the company cheated me, he said.

Chaudhary booked a flat in Vastu Vihar in 2013. The flat was to be built by the company in one year, said Chaudhary. The company took eight lakh rupees from him but he could not get any flat till now, he said. Now the company is denying to return his  money.
