CBSE Result 2020: List of websites, apps to check CBSE class 10th and 12th scores

CBSE Result 2020:The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday declared the CBSE class 10th exam results on its official website.

CBSE result of class 10th is now expected to be announced by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) anytime this week. Earlier, the Board notified that the class 10 and 12 results will be declared before July 15.

This year, as students may not be able to go to schools to check their results, they can check their results online by visiting the Board’s official websites. Alternatively, CBSE will also provide the results via SMS and on various mobile apps.

Websites

http://cbseresults.nic.in/: This is a CBSE official website to check exam results.

Steps to check CBSE Results 2020:

  • Visit the official website mentioned above.
  • To check the results here, students need to log in using their roll number.
  • Result will appear on the screen.

The website is designed and hosted by National Informatics Centre (NIC) eCounselling Division and the contents are provided by the CBSE. It archives result from 2004.

http://results.gov.in/: This is an alternate website provided to check the results of all exams conducted in India, including CBSE Class 10 and 12 examinations.

Apps

SMS Organizer

Due to the ongoing situation, it may happen that you may not be able to access the result through online mode in time because of internet issues or poor network or the website crashing due to load on the servers once the results are released.

In such a case, CBSE result 2020 class 10 and CBSE result 2020 class 12 can be downloaded from Microsoft SMS Organiser app. You need to register on the app and get scores on SMS. This is done completely offline, which means you do not need an internet connection to get results or log in to any website.

DigiResults

DigiResults is an initiative of CBSE, Government of India in partnership with DigiLocker, a Digital India Initiative.

Students, who have taken the exam, can access their CBSE results instantly on their mobile devices using this app. The app is currently available in English and can be installed on Android.

DigiLocker

The Board will give digital academic documents of students, including mark sheets, migration certificate and passing certificate via its own academic repository ‘Parinam Manjusha’, which is integrated with DigiLocker at digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials are sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE.

DigiLocker App is a flagship initiative of the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY) under Digital India programme and it aims at ‘Digital Empowerment’ of citizen by providing access to authentic digital documents to citizen’s digital document wallet. It had partnered with CBSE in 2019 to provide digital certificates to students.

CBSE also provides the pass certificate and mark sheet through DigiLocker. The CBSE Board has already created a default account for its students on DigiLocker Accounts.

CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2020: How to download 10th, 12th Result Marksheets via DigiLocker App

  • Step 1: Go to PlayStore or App store on your smartphone
  • Step 2: Search and download DigiLocker app
  • Step 3: To login, use the mobile number registered with CBSE.
  • Step 4: You will receive an OTP to login to your DigiLocker account
  • Step 5: Enter a six digit security pin, which is the last six digits of your CBSE board exam 2020 roll number
  • Step 6: Download is complete. You will now be able to check and download your CBSE digital mark sheet.
  • You can also download the app from digilocker.gov.in.

UMANG App:

Students can also check and download their results on UMANG Mobile Platform, available for android, iOS and Windows based Smart Phones.

UMANG or Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance has been developed by the ministry of electronics and IT, government of India. It is designed for citizens of India to offer them access to the pan-India e-Gov services from the Central, State, Local Bodies, and Agencies of government on app, web, SMS, and IVR channels
