Ahead of Chhattisgarh assembly election, Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) has fielded Om Prakash (OP) Chaudhary, an IAS turned politician from Kharsia constituency in Chhattisgarh. Recently, a video of OP Choudhary has surfaced in the state, in which he was seen threatening voters. The video is becoming an issue of debate in political circles of Chhattisgarh.

He can be seen saying in the video that “Everyone should know that PM Modi is forming government at the centre in the year 2019 with a huge majority and in 2018 Raman Singh will form the government for the fourth time in Chhattisgarh”.

“Being a part of BJP, I too will be a very powerful man. Those who do not support me for the right things, I will not even accompany them and I will break the havoc on them.”

Former Raipur collector, Chaudhary resigned from his post in August 2018 and recently joined BJP, ahead of assembly polls.
