In yet another incident of punishment, a teacher of a school in Chattisgarh punished the students and made them say “Mai Gadha Hun’ (I’m a Donkey).
As per a news agency, the incident took place in Surujpur area where the teacher had forcefully asked the students to say ‘I’m a donkey’ and also made a video of the same. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media.

District education officer, Prakash Ikka, was quoted in a report saying that as per the law, a student can’t be exploited physically or mentally. An investigation into the matter is underway.
School manager, Kamaluddin said that the teacher’s intention was not to make the video viral but she had made the video to warn the kids. He also said that the teacher had made the video to threaten the kids to show it to their parents.
