Fluminense edged Al-Hilal 2–1 in a tight contest at Orlando’s Camping World Stadium. The Brazilians displayed composure and offensive style and flair and Al-Hilal, after their own upset over Man City, battled bravely.
Palmeiras v’s Chelsea (July 4, 2025)
This game was played at Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia, where Chelsea triumphed 2–1. Cole Palmer gave Chelsea the lead, early, and although Palmeiras had some late fight back, a late own goal by Weverton finished them.
PSG vs Bayern Munich (July 5, 2025)
Hosted at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium, this heavyweight European clash had Kylian Mbappé’s PSG facing off against Bayern Munich. It was a match full of end-to-end action, with both teams winning in the Round of 16.
Real Madrid vs Dortmund (July 5, 2025)
In a rematch of the 2024 UEFA Champions League final, Real Madrid and Dortmund squared off at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium. With new signing Mbappé infusing Real’s already stellar squad with firepower, this was one of the tournament’s most hyped-up matchups.
