The entire country has been locked down to prevent the growing infection of the coronavirus. In many parts, people are also suffering from it.

The central and state governments are engaged in providing all possible relief to the people. Due to lockdown, the most troublesome daily labourers are getting. Many people are suffering from hunger.

Rajawati, a resident of Fatehpur Beri in Delhi, is also one of them. She earns a daily wage through labour. Rajawati says we are compelled to live without food and water. She has sought help from the government.

Talking news agency, Rajwati said, “We are surviving without food & water here. We request the government to help us. It is better to die of this disease (COVID19) rather than dying of hunger.”

The Bihar-residing committee says that our children have been drinking water for the last two days. The landlord has been a rent mother. I request the government to do so.

Delhi govt to give five thousand rupees to daily wage labourers

In a fight against Corona, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Tuesday that the Delhi government will give five thousand rupees to daily wage labourers. He said that this is the worst affected worker section, so the government has taken this decision. It was also said to increase the number of a night shelter in Delhi so that no one should be compelled to stay in the open due to money.

E-pass in Delhi for those who deliver essential goods

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal yesterday announced the creation of e-passes for those who provide essential commodities in Delhi. He said that milk, vegetables, grocery stores, drugstores can be made e-passes by calling 1031. Chief Minister Arvind Kejvarreel said that the e-pass will be made to all those who do not have ID cards.
