DDA Housing Scheme 2021: Last 10 days left to buy affordable houses in Delhi

10 days are left to buy affordable houses in Delhi under the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) new Housing Scheme which was released on2nd January 2021. About 1354 flats will be allotted under this scheme. Most houses in this scheme are of the High-Income Group (HIG) and Middle-Income Group (MIG) categories.

 Almost 47,000 people had registered in this scheme in the first 17 days. The draw will be held in March for this scheme and the application will remain active till February 16, 2021. Those who want to apply under this housing scheme can apply at www.dda.org.in.

The flats under DDA Housing Scheme 2021 will be prepared in Dwarka Sector-16, Dwarka Sector-19, Jasola, Mangolpuri, Vasant Kunj, and Rohini in West Delhi. The scheme will cover a total of 1,354 flats in various categories (HIG, MIG, and LIG). The scheme is linked under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (Urban).

The application fee for the EWS category is Rs. 25, 000, one lakh for LIG, and Rs. 2 lakhs for MIG and HIG. The entire detail and links of banks will be available on the website.

DDA Housing Scheme 2021: Applications can be applied through DDA Website 

Those wishing to buy flats can get information by visiting the DDA website www.dda.org.in. You need to generate your ID. It will then be possible to apply for them. Then, choose the options and sizes of the flats. Finally, the registration fee has to be paid. The other process will also be online even after the draw.

No location charges

Also, this time there will be no pre facial location charges for DDA flats. Under DDA’s new housing scheme, 15 percent allocation will be made to people of the EWS category. This is part of the provisions of the Master Plan for Delhi 2021.
