Electric vehicles are in high demand because they do not require fossil fuel, have zero emissions, reduce carbon footprints, require less maintenance, and are known for their low noise and air pollution levels. Anmol Singh Jaggi, Puneet Jaggi, and Puneet Goyal founded BluSmart, an electric vehicle ride-sharing corporation, in response to this situation.

In India, it is providing stiff competition to other ride-sharing applications. BluSmart was established in 2019 and has an annual revenue of over Rs 30 crore. It is accessible in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, where it is proving to be quite popular.

Reportedly, this new concept of BluSmart taxis captured the attention of actress Deepika Padukone. She decided to become an investor in this e-mobile company and invested approximately 30 crore rupees through her family business, KA Enterprises. According to reports, Anmol Jaggi’s startup company has raised 300 crore rupees in its second round of funding and is currently valued at approximately 2,066 crore rupees.

Not only is BluSmart a formidable competitor to Ola and Uber, but also to Tata’s electric vehicle market. It is anticipated to have a significant impact on the ride-sharing industry. According to available information, BluSmart is not the only multimillion-dollar company owned by Anmol Jaggi. He is an entrepreneur and the CEO of Gensol Engineering, which has a market capitalization of over Rs 1,400 crore.

Deepika Padukone has invested in companies such as Epigamia, Furlenco, Bellatrix, Atomberg Technologies, Mokobara, Nua, and FrontRow through her family office.
