Delhi government launches mobile bike ambulance service; know how to avail

The decision made by the Delhi government a year ago is now taking place. The Delhi government has launched mobile bike ambulance service in the capital on Thursday. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and health minister Satyendra Jain inaugurated the mobile bike ambulance service from Delhi secretariat.

How to avail the service?

There are many areas in Delhi that don’t have access to the car ambulance due to narrow streets but now the people will get quick help, courtesy mobile bike ambulance service. The paramedical staff has been appointed for the bike service and it’s an initiative by the government to provide quick medical treatment to the patients.  The bike ambulance is also equipped with a modern medical kit. Delhi people can dial 102 to avail this service.

Under the authority of CM Kejriwal, the decision of launching the mobile bike ambulance was taken by the cabinet on 21st February 2018. At that time, it was decided to run this in east Delhi in name of the pilot project and now the service is started all over Delhi.
