Breaking all records, Churu earlier registered 50.8 degree Celsius, highest ever maximum temperature in the Rajasthan Saturday, June 1.
“A cyclonic circulation over Rajasthan will cause rains in Delhi and surrounding areas on Tuesday evening. It will lead to a drop in the temperature,” said Mahesh Palawat, Director at Skymet.
“Rains will occur on Wednesday and Thursday as well. Later, there will be no heatwave.”
According to the Meteorological Department, there is likely to be a cyclonic storm along the Western Coast on Monday evening due to depression over the Southeast Arabian Sea.
