TikTok is a new age platform for making videos and it has become a new trend among youngsters. Now, a viral video on the video making platform has helped the police to nab gangsters in Delhi.

In a viral video, two young boys showed off their guns and this act of theirs has ended them behind the bars. The duo has been identified as Shahzada and Monu who were in touch with Saddam Gauri Gang in Delhi. Following the video went viral, they were nabbed and arrested by the police.

While they lip-synced Honey Singh’s song, the duo was found in possession of a country-made pistol and were seen showing it off in the viral video.

The incident was reported from Dwarka in New Delhi. ACP Rajender Singh along with his team nabbed the duo and one of them also had a past criminal record. The additional DCP said that both of them kept posting videos with illegal weapons on social media to become famous. Shahzada alias Salim who is a Honey Singh fan was on a watch list of the police for his previous criminal record.

According to a report by a national daily, the duo would often go to parties and wedding celebrations carrying their gun. They would then upload their videos with the gun and songs in the background on the TikTok app. They wanted to create a fear among the locals and create their own gangster image.

Also, the duo was trying to run an extortion racket in Uttam Nagar and was luring youth of their area to join their gang.

Viral videos were reached to the police after it was confirmed that the guns weren’t dummies but real weapons. The cops arrested them after they laid out a plan to nab them.
