New Delhi: The wedding season is still on and amongst all the weddings taking place in the capital, this one decided to stand out from the rest of them, for all the bad reasons. The major talking point in Indian weddings is about food but who has ever thought that food can become a reason for a major fight.
A wedding in Delhi’s Piccadilly Hotel, Janakpuri turned into a nightmare after the wedding guests present at the wedding were unhappy with the food quality and started with a huge fight with the hotel authorities.
The dissatisfaction of the quality of food rose so much that the guests thrashed the hotel staff and also their property and furniture were damaged.
The attack started from the waiters and moved towards the kitchen staff. Cutlery, steel trays and utensils were thrown and used to hit some of the staff.

The massive fight led to the guests moving out of the wedding with a suspicious thought of what has happened.
The bride hails from Vikaspuri and the groom hails from Uttam Nagar, they have booked this hotel for their wedding. The violence was created by both the parties i.e the bride’s and the groom’s family.
According to reports, many guests and staff were injured due to the massive fight. Also, the guests involved in the violence were arrested on charges for disturbing the public peace, assault of the hotel staff and for damaging hotel property.
A video of the fight was also recorded at the wedding that shows staff lying on the floor after being beaten and also the guests thrashing plates and trays. The video of the fight is going viral on the internet.
