Candidates seeking admission to DU’s two-year PG programmes can now register online through the official admission portal.
According to the official schedule released by Delhi University, the CSAS-PG 2026 registration window opened on May 16, 2026, and candidates can submit their applications till June 7, 2026 (11:59 PM). Admissions will be conducted entirely on the basis of CUET PG 2026 scores.

DU PG Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Delhi University stated that candidates must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Must have appeared in CUET PG 2026 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA)
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Must meet programme-specific eligibility conditions mentioned in the DU PG Bulletin of Information
- Must appear in the relevant CUET PG subject paper corresponding to the chosen PG programme
The university has warned that applications of candidates failing to meet eligibility conditions or appearing in incorrect CUET PG subject papers will not be considered.
DU PG Admission Fees 2026
Delhi University has announced category-wise CSAS-PG application fees:
- UR / OBC-NCL / EWS: ₹250 per programme
- SC / ST / PwBD: ₹100 per programme
The fee is non-refundable and candidates are required to pay separately for each programme they apply to.
Key CUET PG Rules for DU Admissions
DU has introduced several important rules for PG admissions this year:
Admission Only Through CUET PG 2026: All regular PG admissions for the 2026–27 session will be based solely on CUET PG 2026 scores. No separate entrance examination will be conducted by Delhi University.
Mandatory CSAS-PG Registration: Candidates must register on the CSAS-PG portal even if they appeared in CUET PG 2026. Without CSAS registration, admissions will not be processed.
DigiLocker Integration: Delhi University has integrated DigiLocker and API Setu systems into the admission process this year. Candidate details such as CUET scores, name, category, and date of birth can now be auto-fetched digitally to simplify verification.
Preference Filling Mandatory
Applicants will have to select course and college/department preferences carefully during CSAS registration. Seat allocation will depend on CUET PG merit and preference order.
NEP 2020 Changes in DU PG Admissions
In line with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 framework, Delhi University has announced that it will now offer both:
- One-year Master’s programmes
- Two-year Master’s degree programmes
However, the current CSAS-PG admission process is open for two-year postgraduate programmes, while the schedule for one-year PG courses will be announced separately.

How to Apply for DU PG Admission 2026?
1. Go to the official CSAS-PG website: pgadmission.uod.ac.in.
2. Click on the “New Registration” link and create your login credentials using your email ID and phone number.
3. Log in and fill in the basic academic and personal information (most fields will auto-populate via DigiLocker).
4. Select your preferred courses and colleges in order of priority.
5. Pay the registration fee using Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
6. Review all entries and click on the final submission.
