Muzaffarnagar BJP Chief Sudhir Saini has issued a statement of apology regarding his comment, “electronic media of this country is Islamic and is funded by Islamic nations”. In the letter, he said, that he commented with regards to Islamic countries like Pakistan and not India, he also wrote that he spoke those confusing words under a gush of emotions.

In the video shared by journalist Piyush Rai, Saini can be heard saying, “These people tried looting the nation be it the people of SP, BSP or Congress. They are now trying to come up with an alliance and try to loot it together.”
He had further added, “all the electronic media of this country is Islamic.” “This is all Islamic media, big money comes from Islamic countries. “
He ended his apology letter saying, “If my words have broken the heart of anyone then I extend my apologies to them.”
