Elvish Yadav Rave Party Case: According to reports from New Delhi, forensic analyses of samples obtained from an alleged trance party linked to YouTuber Elvish Yadav have validated the existence of snake venom. Officials of the Noida Police informed a news agency of the same.
Following the incident on November 3, 2023, they sent specimens to a forensic laboratory located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. A few days ago, the Noida police received information about their findings.
A source with knowledge of the probe said forensic investigations found cobra and krait snake venom. Elvish and five others faced charges under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and IPC Section 120A for criminal conspiracy. They faced legal trouble for supplying snake venom at a banquet hall in Sector 51 in Noida on November 3, 2023.
Even though authorities arrested five suspects, Elvish was questioned twice but not held in connection with the incident. He is under investigation on suspicion of supplying venom for the incident. It is noteworthy to mention that Elvish did not attend the celebration.

Elvish denied involvement in the rave party case on social media. He characterized the accusations as “baseless, fabricated, and not even one percent true.”
In 2023, Maneka Gandhi, leader of the BJP and chairperson of the PFA, denounced Elvish and demanded his apprehension. The defendant had nine snakes in their possession on November 3.
