Gaurav Bhatia former Samajwadi Party’s spokesperson and its face on news channels to join BJP. Bhatia who was also the national president of SP’s lawyer’s wing left Samajwadi Party just a few days ahead of the assembly polls in February.

While Gaurav resigned from Samajwadi Party he also said that he will clarify why he left the party however he has no plans of joining any political outfit.
He tweeted his resignation on saying:
I have decided to resign from post of National President Legal Wing SP and all posts. Fwding my resignation to Netaji & @yadavakhilesh ji

“My late father contributed a lot to the party and the government,”
“Both Akhilesh Yadav and Netaji (Mulayam Singh Yadav) are important to me.I have sent my resignation to them.” Bhatia had said as he resigned on the February 5 as per News 18 reports.
