In Kavi Nagar of Ghaziabad, an eight-year-old was allegedly kidnapped by his own father. The man reportedly conspired with his girlfriend in order to abduct the son.
According to the mother’s account, a few people arrived in a Swift Dzire and took the eight-year-old while the elder sister was taking him to school. A complaint was later filled in Kavi Nagar’s police station. The police said that during the investigation they found that the child’s father had cooked up a kidnapping plan with his girlfriend. The two parents had a dispute earlier and were living separately. The boy with which the father wants to live with, has been staying with his mother. He lost the legal battle to keep the son with him.
“He conspired the abduction two days ago with his girlfriend. So far, no trace of child’s whereabouts have been found”, said police as quoted by EenaduIndia.
The car that was used for abduction has been acquired. Meanwhile, the accused’s girlfriend has been arrested. The search for the father and the boy is on.
Later the girlfriend was produced in the court where she didn’t reveal much about the boy’s whereabouts.
