GMAT 2024: Tomorrow, November 7, the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) is scheduled to administer the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) Focus Edition. The assessment will be administered in the form of a computer-based test over 2 hours and 15 minutes.

Candidates need to be aware that the council has modified the GMAT exam format, which includes a one-hour reduction in exam time. The duration of this edition is three 45-minute segments. The GMAT essay writing component is omitted from this version of the examination.
Application periods have begun for admissions.

GMAT 2023: Exam pattern

The GMAT Focus Edition will be of two hours and 15 minutes with one optional 10-minute break. The exam will have a total of 64 questions.

The GMAT Focus Edition, according to GMAC, will enable candidates to complete the examination in the sequence of their choosing to optimize their score. In the focus edition, applicants will have the capability to mark questions as bookmarks for future reference and modify a maximum of three responses per section.

Following the exam’s conclusion, candidates will have the opportunity to assess their unofficial total, quantitative, verbal, and IR scores in advance. Candidates will have access to the official score report through their mba.com account within seven business days. However, processing of the official score may occasionally take up to twenty business days.

A candidate is permitted a maximum of five attempts per year, separated by sixteen days between each attempt. A candidate is limited to eight attempts in their lifetime.
