Whenever we have to reach a new destination or we lost our way back home, Google map is always at our rescue and we agree or not, we are thankful to Google for this ultimate invention. But as said every other thing has their own advantage and disadvantage. While approaching a flyover or a turn we often get confused about the right way.
Keeping this in view, a Google map user named Karthik Arora wrote a tweet to Google that the deflection while approaching a flyover is not visible. The sarcastic tweet was retweeted over 8,000 times and several other users copied the same tweet and posted on their profiles. After the tweet was widely spread Google couldn’t get itself from not addressing the issue. Google replied to the concern of the user in the most innovative way by posting a tweet in a poetic response. Twitteraties can’t stop gushing over this banter.
Dear @Google
Itne badhiya maps banaye, chota sa feature aur daal dete ki saaf saaf bolde flyover par chadhna hai ya neeche se jaana hai. 5 inch ke screen par aadhe milimetre ka deflection Kahan se dekhe aadmi?
Yours Truly,

The user’s tweet got over 20,000 plus likes and 8,500 people retweeted it after which Google India’s reply is winning the hearts
Shukar manate hain aap jaise users ka, jo humein sahi raah dikhaate hain. Behtar bante jaane ka yeh safar rukega nahin, mere humsafar.

Google not only addressed the issue but also promised to launch a feature too. We should learn from Google to how to reply in the best way possible.
