Ever since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey took place, social media got flooded with assumptions and sympathies for Markle.
In the episode, Indian actor and popular TV host Simi Garewal has claimed that Meghan is an ‘evil’ and lying.
Taking it to Twitter, Simi wrote, “#OprahMeghanHarry I don’t believe a word Meghan says. Not a word. She is lying to make herself a victim. She is using the race card to gain sympathy. Evil.”

For the unversed, in the interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan has accused the British Royal family of racism, lying, and pushing her to the brink of suicide.
The 39-year-old, whose mother is Black and father is white, has said she had been naive before marrying into the royal family in 2018, and that she ended up having suicidal thoughts and considering self-harm after pleading for help but getting none.
Meghan added that her son Archie had been denied the title of prince because there were concerns within the royal family about how dark his skin might be.
She also stated that being a divorcee and a mixed-race person was not something she was conscious about but started thinking of it as a factor ‘because they made me think about it.” She, however, clarified that the Queen was ‘always wonderful’ to her.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Marriage:
Meghan Markle had got married to Prince Harry on November 27, 2017. In January 2020, it was announced that they were stepping back from their roles as members of the royal family and then shifted to California. Her pregnancy was announced last month and she also revealed in the interview that they were expecting a girl.
