Honor 90 5G with 200MP camera: Honor Tech is expected to return to the Indian market with the release of the Honor 90 5G smartphone today. The simulcast will begin on September 14 at 12:30 p.m.
The Honor 90 5G’s principal camera has 200 MP resolution. It features a sensor that is 25 percent larger than its predecessor, measuring 1/1.4 inches. The company says that the Honor 90 5G’s large sensor guarantees exceptional video quality, as it leverages AI technology to optimise video recording modes, including Portrait Video, HDR Video, Close-up, Multi-video, and Solo-cut.
The simulcast is accessible via HTech”s Official YouTube Channel and Amazon. The cool aspect is that the primary 200 MP camera on the Honor 90 5G will be used to record the livestream.
The Honor 90 5G microsite is already live on Amazon, providing a glimpse of the smartphone’s design and display specifications. The device features a quad-curved floating AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5 K, a maximal brightness of 1600 nits, and a DCI-P3 color gamut. In addition, the display supports 3,840 Hz PWM dimming and TUV Rheinland certification for flicker-free operation.
HonorTech assures a bloatware-free experience by preinstalling only essential Google applications, such as Google Maps and Google Drive, on devices operating on MagicOS 7.1 based on Android 13.
The Honor 90 5G will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 66 W quick charging. In addition, Honor offers two years of Android updates and three years of security updates.
The device is also verified to feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for taking selfies. It will include up to 199 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
