ICSE, ISC Result 2019: The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) exam has declared the results on its official website www.cisce.org. The notification for ICSE, ISC Result 2019 was released last week on the official website.
In the ISCE (Class 10th) exams, 98.54 per cent students passed, the number is slightly more than the prveious year, when 98.51 per cent students cleared the exams. Like the last three years, girls have outperformed boys in terms of pass percentage.
In the Class 12th examination, 96.47 per cent students passed.
List of toppers
Kolkata’s Dewang Kumar Agarwal and Bengaluru’s Vibha Swaminathan topped the Class 12 ISC examination scoring 100 per cent marks. Juhi Rupesh Kajaria from Mumbai and Manhar Bansal from Muktsar have topped in class 10 ISC examination with 99.60 per cent.
To pass the ICSE exam students need to score 33 marks and a similar aggregate. While in the ISC exams, students are to score atleast 40 per cent marks in each subject as well as aggregate to be declared passed.
